Return Policy: We offer returns and exchanges within a 14-day window for eligible items from the date of purchase. Reimbursement offered through exchange or store credit. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. The item must be free of makeup, odor, or perfume scent. Shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
Exchange: you can exchange your item for the same item in another size/colour, or exchange your product for a completely new item of your choice.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
